AutoGlow Ordering

To order an AutoGlow: Send an e-mail here, Email Glow Research and let us know how many gases you need to use, and if you need a vacuum pump.  We will send you a detailed quote with options that you can choose to fit your particular needs.  Feel free to call USA  480-621-8405 for any questions you may have.

An optional Gas Control Module (GCM) can be purchased for gas flow.  The GCM is part of the AutoGlow and is integrated into the top left of the AutoGlow System.  Customers have a choice of gas delivery options:

  • One gas
  • Two gas
  • Three gas
  • Nitrogen chamber purge

AutoGlow vacuum pump: Choose a vacuum pump (many customers provide their own pumps). Glow Research recommends Alcatel pumps and has had good success and support from this pump manufacturer.  If the pump is purchased with the AutoGlow, all KF fittings, flanges and a vacuum foreline hose are included.

Pump data:

  • Optional Alcatel 3.8 CFM pump, model 2005 C1 Class-B PFPE Prep chemical series, two stage pump.
  • Optional Pump Oil Demister – O2 compatible OME #104199-FI
  • Optional Krytox 1525 Inert PFPE Pump Fluid (2kg required for the Alcatel pump above).  Fomblin 14/6 or 24/6 is also used.
  • Rebuilt pumps are also available, and have a 6 month warranty

Glow Research plasma systems are securely crated in a padded and reinforced crate that conforms to international shipping standards. Your Glow Research plasma system will always be protected in shipment. We have recommended carriers with experience shipping plasma reactors internationally.

Average delivery time for OptiGlow or AutoGlow systems are typically 2-4 weeks after receipt of order. FOB Mesa, Arizona USA.  All AutoGlow systems are shipped from our Customer Support Center in Mesa, AZ.  USA.

To order an OptiGlow:  The OptiGlow is designed for using room air as the process gas. Everything you need is included (the vacuum pump is in the system).  Simply plug it in and you are ready to process your samples.
