Looks and runs like new
March Plasmod with 150 Watt, 13.56 MHz Generator. Barrel type plasma system with a Pyrex 5.8” (dia) x 7” (deep) chamber. The Pyrex chamber door is mounted on the inside of the front door for easy access and processing. Has automatic tuning of the matching network for easy processing. Analog panel meters. 115V, 50/60 Hz, single phase. S/N 1696. Price is $7,000.
We offer an optional Gas Control Box with a pressure meter gauge (to monitor the chamber pressure) and a flowmeter (to meter gas into the chamber). The March Plasmod chamber pressure is controlled by increasing or decreasing the gas flow rate. The Gas Control Box can be purchased for $3,000. We also have a March GCM that can be used with this system.
Includes all cords and cables. Quartz chamber and door are also available as an option.
Fully rebuilt and tested. Sold with a 30 day guarantee.. This system requires a 3.8 CFM pump—rebuilt vacuum pumps are available for $1,900. If a pump is purchased it will be part of the final test prior to shipment.
